Services include self-paced content, instructor-led modules, and integrations with approved third-party tools. Course outcomes depend on user engagement and prior experience.

We may modify, add, or discontinue features or courses to reflect technological changes, regulatory requirements, or educational priorities. Substantial alterations that materially affect service access will be communicated to registered users in advance when feasible.

We aim to maintain platform availability, but scheduled maintenance, updates, and third-party disruptions may cause downtime. We do not warrant uninterrupted access and will notify users of planned maintenance when practicable.

You retain ownership of your user-provided content unless otherwise agreed. By submitting content you represent that you have the rights necessary to share it on Lumora Rise.

By submitting content you grant Lumora Rise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the content for platform operation, improvement, and promotion of aggregated results, consistent with privacy settings and applicable law.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content. Lumora Rise is not liable for user-submitted content and may remove material that violates policies or poses legal risks.

Lumora Rise reserves the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these terms or is subject to valid third-party complaints. We will endeavor to notify the content owner where feasible.

All platform software, course materials, brand identity, and proprietary tools provided by Lumora Rise are protected by intellectual property laws. Use of these materials is limited to the license granted for learning and personal or organizational development as described in this agreement.

• Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Lumora Rise proprietary course content without written permission.
• Do not remove copyright, activity, or other proprietary notices from platform materials or downloads.
• Unauthorized commercial use of Lumora Rise content or activity is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Certain Lumora Rise offerings are paid services or subscription-based. Paid access grants the features described at the time of purchase and is subject to these terms and any specific purchase agreement or pricing page.

Pricing for paid services is listed on mstarrise.pro and in your purchase confirmation. Prices may include applicable taxes and fees as indicated. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.

Payments are processed through authorized payment processors. You must provide valid payment details and ensure sufficient funds or credit to complete transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. You are responsible for timely cancellation where desired; cancellation takes effect according to the subscription terms shown during purchase.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the refund policy available at the time of purchase. We aim for fair resolution when services were not delivered as described, subject to verification and the nature of the request.

Course materials present methodologies and best practices based on current industry standards; results depend on user effort and context. We do not make promises of career outcomes or job placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumora Rise and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by you for the specific service in the prior 12 months, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The platform may integrate or link to third-party services, tools, or content. These third parties are responsible for their own terms and privacy practices. Lumora Rise is not responsible for third-party actions, and you should review their terms before using them.

Either party may terminate the relationship for material breach of these terms subject to any cure periods stated herein. Lumora Rise may also suspend or terminate services for legal compliance reasons or security concerns without prior notice where required.

Upon termination you will lose access to paid features and account data may be handled according to our retention policy. Some provisions (intellectual property, liability limits, dispute resolution) survive termination.

Our privacy practices are described in a separate Privacy Policy. By using Lumora Rise, you acknowledge that we collect and process personal data as described to provide and improve services. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data.

Users located in jurisdictions with different dispute mechanisms retain any non-waivable rights afforded by local law.
